Property Dash

Collect three property sets before anyone else — and charge them rent on the way past.

Up to 5 playersAI opponentsRules enforced by the table

A fast property-set game where almost every card is a decision: bank it as money, lay it as property, or fire it at someone. Games run short, swing late, and are usually decided by who kept something in reserve.

What you're trying to do

Collect three complete property sets, each a different colour. Cards are money, property or actions — and most cards can be played as either.

How it ends

Completing a third set, in a third colour, ends the game immediately.

Your turn, in order

  1. Draw two cards to begin your turn — five if your hand is empty.
  2. Play up to three cards: lay a property, bank a card as money, or play an action.
  3. Money in the bank is armour. It is what you pay charges with, so an empty bank means paying with the very properties you are collecting.
  4. End your turn holding seven cards or fewer, discarding any excess.

Cards worth knowing

RentCharge opponents for a colour you own. The more of that colour you hold, the more it costs them.
Sly DealTake a single property from an opponent — not one from a completed set.
Forced DealSwap one of your properties for one of theirs.
Deal BreakerTake an opponent's entire completed set. The biggest swing in the game.
Just Say NoCancel an action played against you. Worth far more than its printed value — and it can be answered with another.
House & HotelAdd rent to a completed set. If that set later breaks they go inactive and pay nothing, but you can move them onto another completed set for free.
